We offer a white-label and user-friendly platform that personalizes the online shopping experience beyond the use of chat-bots to a more wholesome, immersive, and humanized experience. Our client base spans across Europe, the Middle East, and America and includes the likes of Dolce & Gabbana, Lancôme, Dermalogica, and others.

 

Responsibilities

  • Run, track, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, Linkedin Ads, Google Adwords...)

  • Develop and run email marketing campaigns

  • Work with our front-end team to build out and optimize conversion flow, funnel, dedicated landing pages, and other assets to improve conversion rates

  • Analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, conversion rates, etc) by channel to optimize marketing strategies, campaigns, landing pages and solutions

  • Increase the inbound leads by proposing and executing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand

  • Crack the value proposition messaging which resonates the most with our targets

  • Build and optimize our remarketing funnels

  • Build product-based strategies to increase our referral rate

  • Work cross-functionally/across the company to share ideas and feedback, and present results

  • Think outside of the box and find hacks to sustainably and cost-effectively grow our reach and lower CAC

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.

As one of the first dedicated marketers on the team, you will have a lot of autonomy and ownership over the entire process - from developing growth marketing strategies to executing them.

Qualitifications

  • At least 5 years of experience and proven track record in a growth marketing or growth hacking role preferably in a SaaS start-up

  • You have excellent analytical skills to leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends to generate creative growth strategies

  • You are highly results-oriented and are relentless in the pursuit of growth

  • You are a strong problem solver

  • You have a growth mindset

  • You have a strong ability to prioritise

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • You are a team player and can wear multiple hats if the situation calls for it
